The most traditional and typical native Sicilian varieties express themselves in a different way in this wine continent of ours, in the high hills of Tenuta Regaleali, where the altitude and the consequent temperature range mean slow, gradual maturation, and therefore fresh, low-grade wines alcohol and good acidity. The "mountain" wines will therefore be more elegant and long-lived.
