Cooking Class: traditions and flavors from the heart of the Etna
Amid the lava-stone terraces and wild herbs of Etna, the kitchen reveals an ancient and surprising identity.This experience takes you into the heart of the volcano’s northern slope, where the Estate’s cook will guide you in preparing dishes rooted in Etna’s tradition, using seasonal ingredients and local products. At the end of the class, lunch is shared with the dishes prepared together, accompanied by a selection of Estate wines: Buonora, Ghiaia Nera, and Contrada Rampante.

WELCOME TO THE ESTATE
VINEYARD WALK – Begin with a walk through our vineyard, discovering the Condrada Pianodario at Tenuta Tascante. A moment to reconnect with the land and the seasons.
COOKING CLASS – Guided by the estate’s cook, you’ll learn how to prepare typical Sicilian dishes using fresh, local ingredients.
LUNCH WITH WINE PAIRINGS – Enjoy the meal you helped create, with each dish paired to a wine from the estate for a deeply rooted food and wine experience.
