Bike & Wine at Sallier de La Tour
Starting from the Sallier de La Tour Estate, riding our e-bikes, we will cross part of the Estate's vineyards until reaching a country road located between gorgeous hills, vineyards, olive groves and rural landscapes. Here, surrounded by the gentle slopes of agricultural Sicily, we will be able to enjoy the silence of the immense beauty of this area.
The road will lead us to Piana degli Albanesi lake — waiting for us in town, the renowned and delicious cannoli. Once we've regained our strength, we will bike around the lake until we come across a magnificent panorama.
Following paths and country roads we will be back at the Estate, where we will taste the wines from the vineyards grown on the hills in front of us; the tasting will be accompanied by local cheeses and cured meats. To complete the journey, a tasting of 5 extra virgin olive oils, one for each estate, thought and produced with the same passion we give to wine.
