Yes. Orders may be returned within 14 days of from the date of arrival of the wines. Wines must be intact and without any alteration to the product. The right to return items does not apply to any products that have been delivered sealed and then opened by the Client. Notice of returns must be sent by e-mail to customercare@tascadalmerita.it within the 14-day return period. In case of return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.

The tastings are dedicated only to adults, as it is not allowed to serve alcohol to children under 18 years of age. The presence of minors is allowed only if accompanied by adults.

Participation is free for children under the age of 18.

Small dogs are allowed in our Estates if they are carried in the appropriate carrier. In any case, it is always necessary to request it in advance by writing to hospitality@tascadalmerita.it or by contacting the dedicated number +39 092 1544029 active from Monday to Thursday from 8.30 to 17.30 and on Friday from 8.30 to 16.30 .

Almost all the Cellars have aids for guests with reduced mobility. However, since each experience includes the visit of different places and itineraries, it is necessary to make a prior request by writing to hospitality@tascadalmerita.it or by contacting the dedicated number +39 092 1544029 active from Monday to Thursday from 8.30 to 17.30 and on Fridays from 8.30 to 16.30.

By joining the Wine Club, members will be able to choose between two profiles, Mathusalem and Balthazar, and will have access to wines selected for them by Tasca which they will receive in customizable wooden boxes, they will be able to buy old vintages and enjoy exclusive experiences in the Tasca world.

The services chosen by the Members will be active for 12 months from the start of the membership.

The wines selected by Tasca can only be shipped to Italy.
