A journey through the Contrade of Etna, located on the northern side of the volcano at an altitude that varies between 720 and 780 m above sea level, they all have a common denominator: Nerello Mascalese , the protagonist of Etna viticulture.
The Contrade differ in altitude, microclimate and geological era ; these elements in different combinations influence the organoleptic characteristics of the wines. It will be interesting to discover how three vineyards so geographically close can give us such different wines, or the true sense of Terroir.
