Designed in 1987 for family friends, Almerita Brut has been considered the classic Sicilian method for more than 30 years. From Chardonnay grapes grown in the Regaleali hills, it rests for 24 months on the yeasts. We like to combine it with our "panelle", it is ideal as an aperitif and goes wonderfully with fish crudités.
