On Friday 26 June, we will celebrate the start of summer by coming together at the most evocative moment of the day.
Sallier Sunset Tasting is our summer gathering set among the vineyards of Tenuta Sallier de La Tour — designed for those who want to take a break, be surprised by the colors of the countryside as the sun sets, and discover the estate’s wines in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
The evening will begin with a guided tour of the historic Liberty-style cellar "La Monaca" and a stroll through the vineyards.
You’ll be welcomed with a toast featuring a glass of the new Sallier Pop, followed by a tasting of three of the estate’s signature wines: Inzolia, Madamarosé, and Syrah.
The tasting will be accompanied by a selection of seasonal and local products, to be shared around a convivial table set in the heart of the vineyards.
An invitation to slow down, breathe in the landscape, and let the light of the sunset guide you through the hills of the Monreale DOC.
