Like Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon was a variety not recognized by the Italian regulations of the time. It was first planted in Sicily on the Tenuta Regaleali in 1979. The Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in new 225-liter fine

and medium grain barriques for 18 months. A powerful and austere wine with a freshness typical of different latitudes.
